Strengthening seniors
A new study suggests that the medicinal use of cannabis by people over age 60 correlated with a positive association in developments. The analysis analyzed the participants’ health-related quality of life (HRQL),a measure of the total caliber of physical, mental, emotional and societal well-being. A report on the research was published on August 26 in Clinical Gerontologist.
The research teams discovered a strong association between the frequency of medical cannabis use and mental and physical improvements. Lately, researchers found that participants who used medical cannabis more frequently reported greater improvements in their overall health, building upon previous data indicating that cannabis is becoming more common and acceptable to seniors ages 60 and older.
